An ADU, or Accessory Dwelling Unit, is a secondary living space that can be attached, detached, or converted from an existing structure. Feasibility depends on zoning and local regulations.
A custom home is fully designed from the ground up in collaboration with our architect, allowing you to create a home tailored entirely to your vision. A semi-custom home starts with an existing floor plan that you can personalize through selections, finishes, and some modifications. This may also include choosing from pre-designed packages, such as our new builds in Woodland Park.
