Krista Oskam

From interests as a kid, to finding my passion in design, I am thrilled to continue my learning journey with Stewart Remodel*Design*Build.  Having graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, I’ve begun to find what truly matters to me. Initially drawn to commercial design for the technical work, I’ve since found joy in building relationships with clients and helping them create their dream homes. I’ve discovered the technical aspect within Residential Design and find myself loving it. My hope and next big goal is to get my NCIDQ certification.

As a designer, I aim to look beyond the surface of aesthetics and explore the deeper significance of each space. A home’s condition often reflects more than just its appearance, and I believe design should be a personal journey rather than a mere checklist. My goal is to connect with clients and tailor solutions to their unique needs. In the world of design and trends, my biggest piece of advice is don’t limit yourself to what society supposedly limits you to be. My faith is the foundation of my life, guiding me to keep God at the center of both my personal and professional endeavors.

When I don’t have a million design ideas in my head, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking, working out, playing volleyball, exploring new restaurants, and dancing. Though I’m not a Colorado native, I adore the mountains and have plenty of adventures still to discover.
